Returns Policy

We want you to love your Jungle Jams! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To make returns easy, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, just email us at support@myjunglejams.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@myjunglejams.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
